Pallet loads are not always extreme. Many applications fall within the medium-duty segment, with loads up to a maximum of 850 kg in pallet racking. For this purpose, we offer a wide range of medium pallets with strong performance. Proof of performance is worthwhile—a practical test can quickly be arranged with our product specialists.

Our long-standing practical experience shows that loads can change over time. That is why several of our pallets have the unique property of being upgradeable afterward. Medium pallets can then be equipped with corrosion-resistant reinforcement profiles, enabling loads in pallet racking of up to 1250 kg. That already qualifies as heavy.

Our heavy duty pallets

Loads above 850 kg in pallet racking are considered heavy. For these heavy loads, we supply a range of plastic pallets in standard sizes—both in euro format (1200×800 mm) and industrial format (1200×1000 mm). But that is only the basis. The quality of our heavy duty pallets becomes apparent in the details. Product features such as impact resistance – ease of cleaning – anti-slip ‘on top’ for the load – anti-slip ‘down under’ for conveyor systems – centering of plastic stacking containers – option for load sliding – tracking & tracing – food-grade suitability – HACCP – are often decisive. The user indicates their requirements, and we provide the right pallet or pallet variant.
