In addition to the basic properties mentioned, Transoplast food pallets offer specific extra features, drawing on our years of practical experience in the food industry.
Transoplast food pallets offer extra:
- Suitable for shock freezing
- Increased load capacity, allowing use in drive-in racking
- A stud pattern on the deck for centering plastic boxes and crates (i.e., centering per stack)
- A closed pallet deck—both on the top and bottom side
- A pallet deck with anti-slip strips on the top
- Pallet runners with anti-slip soles on the bottom
- A fully closed pallet deck entirely provided with anti-slip on the top
- An extra-reinforced pallet deck for, for example, automated systems
- Option to integrate RFID tags (during production or afterward)
- Option to provide the pallet with QR codes or barcodes
