Our TC3-5 ECO is a 1200 x 1000 mm industrial pallet on 5 skids. This pallet variant is part of the TC pallet family - the absolute top performers on the market when it comes to cleanability and hygiene.

TC pallets are “Totally Closed”, i.e. completely smooth and closed. For this reason, this pallet series is widely used in the food industry, pharmaceuticals and the chemical industry.

The ECO regranulate version is a high-quality recycled pallet that is often used in the high-tech sector, for example in cleanrooms and other technical production environments. Here too, easy cleaning is crucial. In addition, this ECO pallet is widely used for supply into the food sector, for example for packaging. Thanks to the high-quality regranulate, the TC3-5 ECO is produced with a very homogeneous weld result and excellent product quality. As a result, the TC3-5 in ECO material offers outstanding impact resistance and high load capacity — even comparable to a pallet made from virgin material. However, the price of an ECO pallet is more attractive because recycled plastic is used.

The TC3-5 is equipped with 5 pallet skids. This allows block stacking, i.e. stacking loaded pallets on top of each other. In addition, skids all around are sometimes required in automated systems.

Among the pallets available on the market with a completely smooth and closed deck, the TC pallet is the number 1 in terms of impact resistance. This is achieved through the patented welding of the top deck, with maximum wall thicknesses and a smart impact zone. The connection between the pallet blocks and the skids is also reinforced to the maximum. Everything for a long service life and sustainable use.

The pallet deck is fitted with 7 mm raised rims all around. In most cases this is sufficient to centre loads and pallets stacked on top of each other. Practical tests are the best benchmark here. If maximum anti-slip is required, our Palgrip variant with anti-slip top deck is the best solution.
