Plastic pallet – E3-5-DUO ECO – 1400 x 1200 mm (with rims – 2 runners)
Plastic large-size pallet (1400 x 1210 x H 160 mm), type E3-5-DUO in ECO regranulate. Based on two pallets of type E3-5 ECO, which are cut and then sustainably welded together. Equipped with 2 longitudinal pallet skids, underside blocks and open (ribbed) pallet skids, with surrounding fit-on rims (5 mm). The perforated top deck of this heavy-duty pallet is standard fitted with 2 steel reinforcement profiles in the longitudinal direction and 4 transversely. Static load capacity is 7500 kg and dynamic load capacity 1250 kg. Maximum dynamic load of 1250 kg with evenly distributed load and wide fork position of the forklift. Also available in a version without fit-on rims on the top deck.
Due to the absence of pallet skids on the 1200 mm side, this version is not suitable for use in pallet racks, unless they are fitted with shelves or grids for full support. The advantage of the missing pallet sledes on the 1200 mm side is the easy handling with electric pallet trucks and hand pallet trucks.
