Description
The TC1 pallet is our fully closed plastic pallet in Euro size 1200 x 800 mm. This 3-skid variant is also part of the Totally Closed (TC) series. This product range has proven itself extensively in the food industry, pharmaceuticals and the chemical industry - wherever cleanability and hygiene are important.
In this version, the top side of the pallet deck is fully finished with Palgrip anti-slip. This prevents loads from sliding or slipping, even on an incline and in wet environments. In addition, empty pallets are centred exceptionally well on top of each other without raised rims. Palgrip anti-slip is fully integrated into the surface, making it extremely durable. This means the pallet’s anti-slip performance remains guaranteed, without repairs.
Furthermore, the base of this TC1 pallet variant is produced in a light blue colour. This version is used to create colour differentiation (compared to standard grey) and in some cases because optical detection is applied.
Among the pallets available on the market with a completely smooth and closed deck, the TC pallet is the number 1 in terms of impact resistance. This is achieved through the patented welding of the top deck, with maximum wall thicknesses and a smart impact zone.

Properties

- The connections between the pallet blocks, the skids and the pallet deck are extra reinforced, minimising breakage at these critical points
- The TC1’s intelligently designed pallet block shape provides better grip for stretch and wrapping film
- The TC1 skids are chamfered on both sides for handling equipment
