Logistics of Plastic Cups
For improved logistics, reusable cup providers use smart transport systems like plastic storage and transport boxes. Clean cups are delivered in these boxes to events such as festivals. The boxes are placed behind the counter for quick access to clean cups. Used cups can be stacked and placed in empty boxes. Boxes filled with dirty cups are sealed with lids and stacked.

Thanks to the Euronorm size of 600 x 400 mm, the boxes can be optimally stacked on transport trolleys, roll containers, and Euro pallets. After the festival, the provider picks up the transport boxes with the dirty cups. The plastic cups are cleaned in a professional cleaning facility. Afterward, the cups are placed in clean transport boxes and stored until the next event.

Transport Boxes for Reusable Cups in 3 Heights and 6 Colors
We offer transport boxes in the Euronorm size of 600 x 400 mm in heights of 235 mm, 335 mm, and 439 mm. In a box measuring 600 x 400 x H335, 33 stacks of 10 reusable cups with a 0.3-liter capacity can be stored. The transport boxes are available in yellow, blue, red, green, black, and gray. They can also be printed with text or a (multi-colored) logo.

Transport Boxes with Sealing Option
The transport boxes are optionally available with a sealing option. This allows for the quick distinction between boxes with used and clean cups. It helps prevent errors in delivering clean cups. Additionally, returned goods in sealed containers can be reused directly, saving time and money.
