Our A1 pallet is a heavy-duty Euro-size pallet designed for universal use. Typical application areas include in-house logistics, retail and pooling. The dimensions of the A1 pallet are identical to wooden Euro pallets - including the pallet height of 150 mm. This means A1 pallets can be used without any issues on installations designed for this standard.

The A1 deck is equipped with 6 corrosion-resistant reinforcement profiles. As a result, the A1 pallet is extremely strong and shows only minimal deflection. For that reason, the A1 is the perfect pallet for trouble-free use in automatic pallet shuttle systems - also because it does not break or splinter. The flat skids of the A1, fitted with thick anti-slip soles, provide hygienic handling and ensure smooth use on roller and chain conveyors. Palgrip anti-slip under the skids additionally ensures reliable running on driven roller tracks.

The A1 pallet is made from high-quality virgin HDPE, making it suitable for direct food contact and highly resistant to freezing conditions and impacts. The top of the deck is fitted with moulded-in Palgrip anti-slip pads. This makes raised rims on the deck unnecessary - as these can be undesirable in certain situations. The anti-slip pads provide sufficient grip for the load, and the same applies to stacked empty A1 pallets, where the anti-slip under the skids also helps. To complete the anti-slip concept, Palgrip anti-slip clips can also be fixed into the underside of the pallet deck. In short: with our A1 plastic pallet, you definitely won’t slip up.
