Industrial pallet E3-5 – 1200 x 1000 mm – with 5 mm rims – with 5 pallet runners – reinforced

Our E3-5 plastic industrial pallet is a heavy-duty pallet in a class of its own. It is perfectly equipped for universal applications where the pallet really has to withstand rough handling. When designing the E3-5 pallet, the main focus was on a pallet deck with high load capacity and excellent impact resistance. The deck had to be injection moulded in one piece - partly for cost reasons, and partly to optimise impact resistance. The second focus was on the pallet skids. These also had to be moulded in one piece and, of course, form an integral part of the pallet. Cost efficiency and maximum impact resistance were key considerations here as well. A final important requirement was that the skids had to be perfectly straight - without steps at the blocks and without openings.

The result is a plastic pallet that is embraced by a wide range of industries, especially companies handling bagged goods or crates and boxes where block stacking is used. In addition, the pallet is highly suitable for automated warehouses where minimal deflection is required. The E3-5 pallet can therefore be used widely in logistics, while also strongly appealing to a specific target group. Importantly, the price point of the E3-5 is also attractive: the fact that it is efficiently moulded in one piece is reflected in its cost.
