The TC1 pallet is our fully closed plastic pallet in Euro size 1200 × 800 mm. This pallet version with 3 runners is part of the Totally Closed (TC) series. This product range has more than proven itself in the food sector, pharmaceuticals and the chemical industry - wherever cleanability and hygiene are important.

The ECO regranulate version is a high-quality recycled pallet used in the high-tech sector, for example in cleanrooms and other technical production areas. Here too, easy cleaning is essential. In addition, this ECO pallet is widely used for supplying the food industry, for example with packaging. Thanks to the high-quality recycled material, the production of the TC1 ECO achieves a very homogeneous welding result and a high product quality. As a result, the TC1 in ECO version offers excellent impact resistance and a high load capacity - comparable even to a pallet made from virgin material.

Among pallets available on the market with a completely smooth and closed deck, the TC pallet is the number one in terms of impact resistance. This is achieved through the patented welding of the top deck, with maximum wall thicknesses and a smart impact zone.

The deck is not fitted with raised rims. This pallet variant is often used when goods are mechanically pushed off the pallet, or onto it. In that case, the rimless TC1 ECO is an excellent solution.
