Industrial pallet / ISO pallet type CR3-5 ECO (1200 x 1000 x H 160 mm) – made from ECO regranulate – with 5 skids – with 5 mm raised rims all around.

The CR3-5 industrial pallet with 5 skids is a robust and versatile plastic pallet for heavy internal and industrial applications - including in the food industry. The pallet is equipped with five skids - three longitudinal and two transverse - making it ideal for automated storage and transport systems. The underside of the skids and the blocks is ribbed, optimising grip in these systems.

This CR3-5 pallet is made from ECO regranulate. A controlled stream of HDPE plastic is regranulated and reprocessed to a high standard. The result is a plastic pallet that, in terms of load capacity and impact resistance, performs almost on a par with virgin quality. However, an ECO pallet is more attractively priced because recycled plastic is used.

In addition, the anti-slip strips on the deck have been omitted on this version. This is not an issue when the 5 mm raised rims provide sufficient centring of loads and of empty pallets when stacked. This also contributes to a lower product price.

The CR3-5 ECO is fitted with 5 skids. This enables block stacking, i.e. stacking loaded pallets directly on top of each other. Naturally, this requires even and stable support. In addition, skids all around are required in various automated systems - especially when pallets are transferred sideways.
