Industrial pallet CR3-5 – 1200 x 1000 mm – with 5 skids – with 5 mm raised rims – with anti-slip strips – reinforced – grey/blue

The CR3-5 industrial pallet with 5 skids is a robust and versatile plastic pallet for heavy internal and industrial applications - including in the food industry. The pallet is equipped with five skids - three longitudinal and two transverse — making it ideal for automated storage and transport systems. The underside of the skids and the blocks is ribbed, optimising grip in these systems.

This CR3-5 variant features anti-slip strips on the deck in all directions to centre loads. Beneath these welded anti-slip strips, 5 metal inserts have also been integrated in all directions. These reinforcement profiles are hermetically enclosed and additionally made from corrosion-resistant material.
In addition to the anti-slip, the deck is fitted with 5 mm raised rims all around. This ensures empty pallets are safely centred when stacked - we do not rely on anti-slip alone.

Thanks to the overall pallet design with skids and deck reinforcements, the CR3-5 offers an impressive racking load capacity of up to 1,400 kg. This makes it one of our top performers for industrial use.

Besides load capacity, impact resistance is also crucial for a plastic pallet. Naturally, the complete pallet design is key - and the CR3-5 construction is built to handle this well. The plastic material used also plays a major role. That is why this version is made from high-quality virgin HDPE. This is essential for impact resistance as well as temperature resistance. This CR3-5 version can be used in a shock freezer without any issues.

In short, this CR3-5 pallet variant is designed for a very wide range of heavy-duty applications. If certain features are less critical, the CR3-5 is also available in “downsized” versions (3 skids - without steel - without anti-slip strips - made from ECO regranulate). The core remains the same: a robust pallet body with excellent performance.
