Anti-slip on the pallet deck

Anti-slip on the deck primarily prevents the load from sliding. In addition, empty pallets are better centered. Plastic can be slippery, especially when condensation or other moisture is present. Many plastic pallets have raised edges, which already help to some extent against sliding loads and pallets. In certain applications, however, pallets are used without raised edges, or the edges may be insufficient. In these situations, anti-slip on the pallet deck is the ideal solution.

We supply plastic pallets with narrow and wide anti-slip strips. For situations where nothing is left to chance, we offer plastic pallets with a top deck completely covered with anti-slip.

Anti-slip under the pallet deck

Driving plastic pallets with a forklift differs from handling wooden pallets. Plastic pallets require more careful handling, which takes some getting used to. In practice, anti-slip under the deck is often omitted over time. For this reason, we offer optional anti-slip clips for this application.

Anti-slip under the pallet runners

The underside of pallet runners can also be slippery, especially when exposed to moisture. In automated warehouse systems, this can be dangerous—particularly when working with powered or braked rollers, as well as in pallet shuttle systems. Anti-slip under the pallet runners can prevent many malfunctions and damages.
