Description
The TC3 pallet is our fully closed plastic pallet in industrial size 1200 x 1000 mm. The TC3 is our absolute top performer in terms of hygiene and ease of cleaning. This pallet has proven itself extensively in the food industry, pharmaceuticals and the chemical industry.
In this version, the top side of the pallet deck is fully finished with Palgrip anti-slip. This prevents loads from sliding or slipping, even on an incline and in wet environments. In addition, empty pallets are centred exceptionally well on top of each other without raised rims. Palgrip anti-slip is fully integrated into the surface, making it extremely durable. This means the pallet’s anti-slip performance remains guaranteed, without repairs.
The TC pallet in industrial size 1200 x 1000 mm is also available with 5 skids (3 longitudinal and 2 transverse). This pallet variant (TC3-5) is highly suitable for stacking loaded pallets on top of each other — for example bagged goods. For this type of block stacking, even and proper support is essential. In addition, this pallet variant is ideal for automated logistics systems where pallets run in different directions.
Among the pallets available on the market with a completely smooth and closed deck, the TC pallet is the number 1 in terms of impact resistance. This is achieved through the patented welding of the top deck, with maximum wall thicknesses and a smart impact zone.

- Profiling of the pallet blocks provides better grip for stretch and wrapping film
- The skids are chamfered on both sides for trouble-free use with handling equipment
