Our EURO L1 is the ultimate plastic Euro pallet. A heavy-duty pallet in a league of its own that will make the heart of every logistics manager beat faster. First of all, the pallet body is produced in one piece and engineered to be exceptionally robust. This gives it extremely high impact resistance. In addition, the 3 pallet runners are also injection-moulded in one piece. They form an integral part of the pallet and are additionally fitted with thick Palgrip anti-slip soles. These are welded underneath the runners. Besides providing anti-slip performance, this results in a virtually wear-free pallet runner that is also highly hygienic. Because the runners are completely flat, trouble-free use on all common internal transport systems is guaranteed. Combined with a super-strong pallet deck incorporating 5 reinforcement profiles, this creates a plastic pallet with minimal deflection - an important factor in automated warehouses with tight tolerances. The wear-resistant anti-slip soles on the underside of the pallet runners contribute to disruption-free internal logistics. The top side of the pallet deck is also equipped with anti-slip strips. This prevents loads from shifting, even when tilted or in wet conditions.

All in all, the EURO L1 is a plastic pallet where everything has been thought of. With a pallet height of 150 mm, the EURO L1 can even be used in systems where wooden EURO pallets are also deployed. In addition to these multifunctional features, the EURO L1 has one key fundamental characteristic: an extremely long service life, without disruptions.
