Various designs for specific applications
Transoplast offers a wide range of plastic pallets. Many pallets are intended for general use. Several pallets are, however, designed for a specific application. Our range includes
- Export pallets: Lightweight or medium pallets for transport and export of non-food products and packaged foodstuffs
- Food pallets: All food-grade pallets—ideal for the food industry and its supply chain. Comply with strict hygiene standards. These pallets are suitable for direct contact with food, including unpackaged products
- Medium & heavy duty pallets: Designed for heavy and medium loads in all types of logistics environments
- Spill pallets: For safe containment of contaminating (liquid) substances
- ESD pallets: Electrically conductive pallets providing protection against electrostatic buildup and harmful discharge. Perfect for electronic components
- Sea container pallets: For use in ISO containers. This application requires a special pallet size of 1140×1140 mm
- Drum pallets: For transport and storage of drums—often 200-liter steel drums. The corresponding pallet size is 1200×1200 mm
- Chemical pallets: Plastic pallets in the special size 1300×1100 mm (CP7)
- Custom pallets: Plastic pallets precisely tailored to your load or logistics process

Plastic export pallets
Looking for export pallets? We supply plastic export pallets. The plastic export pallet is a lightweight or medium pallet primarily intended for transportation, but also suitable for the export of non-food products and packaged food. In recent years, plastic export pallets have increasingly been used for export to countries with strict regulations on the use of wooden transport packaging; the so-called ISPM-15 countries. Such regulations are spreading to more countries to prevent problems with unwanted insects and other pests. The material used for our lightweight export pallets is 100% recycled plastic—a sustainable use of recycled material, contributing to a circular economy.
Hygienic pallets
Looking for food-grade plastic pallets? Transoplast has 40 years of experience in the food sector and has developed a pallet range especially suitable for this purpose. Cleanability, hygiene, and a food-safe design are the basic properties of these pallets. In addition, our food pallets meet all requirements expected of a good plastic pallet in logistics. High impact and shock resistance as well as sufficient load capacity play an important role in all industries.
Medium and heavy duty pallets
Looking for medium pallets? Or are you looking for heavy duty racking pallets? There are many plastic pallets on the market. However, only a few high-performance plastic pallets excel in both load capacity and impact resistance. Transoplast is a pioneer in these high-quality plastic pallets—for both medium-duty loads and heavy-duty applications. Our heavy pallets for automated warehouses are even in a class of their own.
Spill pallets
Looking for spill pallets? Spill pallets are designed to contain contaminating and hazardous (liquid) substances. Spill pallets are often used when filling and emptying drums and cans with liquids.
ESD pallets
Looking for ESD pallets? We also supply our most commonly used plastic pallets in ESD version. ESD pallets prevent electrostatic buildup and subsequent discharge, avoiding damage caused by static electricity.
Pallets 1140 x 1140 mm
Looking for container pallets? Our pallet variants in the format 1140x1140mm are designed for use in sea containers, also known as ISO-containers. Because containers have a smaller internal size than regular trucks, a non-standard pallet size is required for sea container transport. For this application, we offer a light variant in a nestable design; and heavier variants with 3 or 6 pallet runners.
Pallets 1200 x 1200 mm
Looking for a drum pallet? Our 1200x1200 mm pallets are mainly used in combination with round steel drums. A drum pallet accommodates exactly 4 steel drums of 200 litres or 8 smaller drums. For this purpose, we supply a stackable heavy-duty pallet variant with 6 pallet runners and a lighter variant on 3 runners.
Pallets 1300 x 1100 mm
Looking for chemical pallets? Or are you looking for CP7 pallets? We also supply a suitable 1300x1100 mm plastic pallet for this application. Available both on 3 runners and optionally on 5 or 6 pallet runners.
