During harvesting, processing and sales, plastic crates are an indispensable tool. Because every stage of the process places different demands on the crates, we offer several different versions. Our range includes heavy-duty harvesting crates suitable for industrial use on conveyor systems and plastic pallets, as well as extremely lightweight crates for manual picking and retail applications.

• Food-grade and hygienic. The crates are suitable for direct contact with food and are easy to clean.
• Moisture-resistant and rot-proof. The crates are manufactured from high-quality plastic for reliable long-term use.
• Resistant to mould growth. Plastic crates do not provide a suitable breeding ground for harmful moulds and bacteria.
• Ventilation and moisture control. Mushrooms need to breathe and condensation should be avoided. Good ventilation is therefore essential, which is why the crates are fully perforated.
• Temperature-resistant. The crates withstand temperature fluctuations, from warm growing rooms to low temperatures in cold stores, followed by cleaning at temperatures of up to +80 °C.
• Smooth perforations. The holes and slots in the crate structure have a smooth finish to minimise the risk of damage to the contents.
• Euronorm dimensions. This makes the crates compatible with standardised logistics systems such as plastic pallets and conveyor systems.
• Suitable for various applications. The crates can also be used for processing and storing other types of edible mushrooms.
