Plastic pallets in standard sizes

Transoplast supplies plastic pallets in all common sizes used across logistics operations. The smallest pallet size is the quarter euro-pallet/display pallet 600×400 mm. Next is the half euro-pallet 800×600 mm, followed by the widely used euro-pallet 1200×800 mm. The ISO pallet 1200×1000 mm is a true industrial pallet and is available in many variants. For use in sea containers, pallet variants are offered in the size 1140×1140 mm. The 1200×1200 mm size is mainly used for transporting and storing steel drums. For this application as well, we provide suitable pallets.

Custom plastic pallets

In addition to standard sizes, Transoplast specializes in customizing plastic pallets. Pallets are made to measure according to the specific requirements or needs of the user. Our custom plastic pallets are all based on our heavy-duty plastic pallets for long-lasting and trouble-free use.

Dimensions of our plastic pallets

Our plastic pallets are manufactured using a controlled injection-molding process. This is done with very tight tolerances, so the dimensions are almost always identical. This is particularly important in automated systems, which also operate within tight tolerances. Moreover, because plastic pallets do not absorb moisture and do not splinter due to wear, malfunctions in automated systems are prevented.
