Description
Our D1 ECO pallet, with its robust 22 mm raised edges along the deck, is a true special-purpose pallet for applications with plastic stacking bins and crates. This returnable packaging can be stacked upside down on this pallet version and then transported without any problems - even without tension straps. This pallet is also ideal for VDA-KLT automotive bins. These bins are neatly centred on the pallet, despite their different base structure. This pallet version is also widely used in combination with dishwasher baskets 600 x 400 mm. Glass crates and plate baskets stand firmly centred on this plastic pallet.
This D1 ECO pallet has a low tare weight, is equipped with 3 longitudinal skids and can be upgraded from a medium-duty pallet to a true racking pallet using reinforcement profiles. The D1 ECO pallet is extra reinforced at several vulnerable points, such as the transitions from the pallet blocks to the pallet skids and to the pallet deck. Made from high-quality HDPE ECO regranulate for sustainable use and an attractive price.
