Description
Our D1 ECO plastic pallet is a true all-rounder and is widely used throughout the logistics sector.
This variant, without rims, is frequently used for custom-made pallets, both without inserts and reinforced. The pallet has a low tare weight, making it easy to handle. The D1 ECO can be upgraded from a medium pallet to a genuine rackable pallet by adding reinforcement profiles.
The D1 pallet is additionally reinforced at several vulnerable points, such as the transitions from the pallet blocks to the pallet runners and to the pallet deck. Manufactured from high-quality HDPE ECO regranulate for durable, long-term use.

Properties
- Strong medium pallet with low tare weight. Easy to handle
- Equipped with 3 longitudinal pallet runners
- The load capacity can be significantly increased by adding corrosion-resistant reinforcement profiles in the pallet deck
- The load capacity in pallet racks is 400 kg. After adding 3 longitudinal inserts, this increases to 1000 kg; with 4 longitudinal inserts, the load capacity in pallet racks reaches 1250 kg
- Underside of pallet blocks and runners open, with reinforcement ribs
- The D1 ECO pallet is extra strong due to the angled connection between the blocks, the pallet skids and the pallet deck
- Pallet skids are chamfered on both sides for trouble-free handling
- Made of high-quality ECO regranulate for high impact resistance and long service life
- The D1 ECO pallet is widely used for custom-made plastic pallets; suitable for tailor-made pallets with or without reinforcement profiles in the deck
- Options: pallet lid – fit-on rims – QR codes & barcodes – RFID transponders – 22 mm edges on the deck – 22 mm edges along the deck – without edges (optional with pop-ups) – continuous anti-slip rubber strips for the deck
