The CS1 Euro pallet is a medium-duty pallet with rims. It can be configured modularly, making it suitable for almost any application. The CS1-ECO shown here is the pallet in its base version:

The 7 mm raised rims provide good centring of loads and of empty pallets stacked on top of each other. The pallet is produced from homogeneous ECO regranulate with consistent product quality. Thanks to the high-quality feedstock, the pallet is particularly robust and impact resistant, with a long service life. As a result, the CS1-ECO can be offered at an attractive price.

Optional:

The 3 skids of the CS1-ECO can be produced completely smooth and closed. This provides optimum hygiene. In addition, it makes the skids particularly robust, with higher load capacity and smooth running on roller conveyors.

The racking load capacity of the base version is 400 kg. Thanks to its modular design, the CS1 can also be configured for higher loads. The pallet deck can be reinforced with reinforcement profiles. By fitting up to 4 corrosion-resistant reinforcement profiles (immediately or later), the CS1-ECO can easily be upgraded from a medium-duty pallet to a true racking pallet with a load capacity of up to 1400 kg.

The CS1-ECO can also be supplied as standard with 22 mm rims positioned along the pallet deck. This keeps the usable deck size at 1200 x 800 mm. VDA-KLT automotive bins, with their different base dimensions, fit this pallet variant without any issues.

For use in automated warehouses, for example where driven rollers and braking rollers are used, the CS1-ECO skids can optionally be equipped with anti-slip.

For tracking and tracing, CS1-ECO pallets can be equipped with RFID transponders - even as a retrofit.

For applications involving sensitive electronics, CS1 pallets can be supplied as an ESD version as standard. These pallets have electrically conductive properties, preventing electrostatic build-up and harmful discharge.

In short, the CS1-ECO has a stable base that can be fully customised for a wide range of applications. This ensures the pallet is never over-engineered and can also be offered at an attractive price.
