The CS3 Euro pallet is a medium-duty pallet that can be configured modularly, making it suitable for almost any application. The CS3-ECO pallet is supplied as standard with 7 mm raised rims. These provide good centring of loads and of empty pallets stacked on top of each other. The pallet is always produced from homogeneous ECO regranulate with consistent product quality. Thanks to the high-quality feedstock, the pallet is particularly robust and impact resistant, with a long service life. As a result, the CS3-ECO can be offered at an attractive price - that is the base.

For this CS3-ECO pallet, the modular modification is that the raised rims have been omitted (= special version). This variant is widely used in the paper industry.

Optional:

The 3 skids of the CS3-ECO can be produced completely smooth and closed. This provides optimum hygiene. In addition, it makes the skids particularly robust, with higher load capacity and smooth running on roller conveyors.

The racking load capacity of the base version is 400 kg. Thanks to its modular design, the CS3 can also be configured for higher loads. The pallet deck can be reinforced with reinforcement profiles. By fitting up to 4 corrosion-resistant reinforcement profiles — immediately or later — the CS3-ECO can easily be upgraded from a medium-duty pallet to a true racking pallet with a load capacity of up to 1400 kg.

The CS3-ECO can also be supplied as standard with 22 mm rims positioned along the pallet deck. This keeps the usable deck size at 1200 x 1000 mm. VDA-KLT automotive bins, with their different base dimensions, require this.

For use in automated warehouses, for example where driven rollers and braking rollers are used, the CS3-ECO skids can optionally be equipped with anti-slip.

For tracking and tracing, CS3-ECO pallets can be equipped with RFID transponders. These can also be retrofitted without any issues.

For applications involving sensitive electronics, CS3 pallets can be supplied as an ESD version as standard. These pallets have electrically conductive properties, preventing electrostatic build-up and harmful discharge.

In short, the CS3-ECO has a stable base that can be fully customised for a wide range of applications. This ensures the pallet is never over-engineered and can also be offered at an attractive price.
