Our NP1 is a nestable Euro pallet made from high-quality plastic and engineered to be exceptionally robust. The NP1 plastic pallet is the durable, reusable solution to the vast number of nestable light pallets that tend to get left behind everywhere. First of all, the NP1 is nestable and therefore space-saving – both when supplying and storing empty pallets and during return transport. This space-saving design is essential for retail and wholesale, as well as for other areas of (intra) logistics where efficiency is crucial.

In a reusable system, user convenience also plays an important role – and this has been well considered: integrated anti-slip pads in the top deck, generous entry slots for denesting, provisions for RFID tags and for reinforcement profiles. These product details stem from our extensive experience with reusable plastic pallets in medium- and heavy-duty applications.

Back to product quality: When designing the NP1, achieving a long service life with many pallet cycles was the top priority. The result is a plastic pallet that is exceptionally robust, particularly at critical stress points, and manufactured from high-quality polyethylene. Numerous engineering calculations were involved in this design. Because the plastic pallet and the blue pads are produced in a single shot, an attractive price point is achieved – another important advantage in logistics.
