Description
Our D3-5 industrial pallet is an excellent medium-duty pallet made from food-grade plastic - highly impact-resistant and extremely durable. Thanks to the raw material used, the pallet is suitable for direct contact with food and is also highly freezer-resistant. The D3-5 is a true multi-purpose pallet for the food sector and other hygiene applications. The version with rims is widely used in combination with plastic stacking bins and crates.
In addition, the D3-5 pallet is equipped with 5 skids. This enables block stacking of loaded pallets. For this type of stacking, an even and stable support remains essential.

Properties

- Food-grade and easy to clean thanks to the continuous openings in the pallet deck
- Strong medium-duty pallet with low tare weight - easy to handle
- Widely used in food and hygiene applications - also in freezer conditions
- Equipped with 5 skids (3 longitudinal and 2 transverse) for stability and for block stacking loaded pallets
- Load capacity can be significantly increased using corrosion-resistant reinforcement profiles in the pallet deck
- Racking capacity is 400 kg. After fitting 7 inserts (4 longitudinal and 3 transverse), racking capacity increases to 1250 kg
- Underside blocks and skids are open with reinforcing ribs
- Extra strong due to the angled connection between the blocks, skids and pallet deck
- Skids are chamfered on both sides for trouble-free handling
- The D3-5 pallet is frequently used for custom-made plastic pallets, especially when using our mirror welding machine
- Options: Pallet lid/pallet cover - pallet collars - QR codes and barcodes - RFID transponders - 22 mm rims on the deck - 22 mm rims along the deck - without rims (optionally with pop-ups) - full-length anti-slip rubbers (for the top and underside of the pallet deck)
