Description

Our D1-ECO plastic Euro pallet is a true all-rounder and is therefore widely used throughout the entire logistics sector. The pallet has a low tare weight, making it easy to handle. By adding reinforcement profiles, the pallet can be upgraded from a medium pallet to a genuine rackable pallet. Companies in both the non-food sector and retail successfully use this pallet.

This D1 variant is equipped with 7 mm raised edges on the pallet deck, all around. This prevents load units from slipping and keeps empty pallets from sliding against each other. The D1 pallet is additionally reinforced at several vulnerable points, such as the transitions from the pallet blocks to the pallet skids and to the pallet deck. Made of high-quality HDPE ECO-regranulate for durable and long-term use.

  • Strong medium pallet with a low tare weight. Easy to handle

  • The load capacity can be significantly increased by adding corrosion-resistant reinforcement profiles in the pallet deck

  • The load capacity in pallet racks is 400 kg. When 3 longitudinal inserts are added, this increases to 1000 kg; with 4 longitudinal inserts, the load capacity in pallet racks is 1250 kg

  • Underside with open pallet blocks and pallet runners, featuring reinforcement ribs

  • The D1 ECO pallet is extra strong due to the angled connection between the pallet blocks, the pallet skids and the pallet deck

  • Pallet runners are chamfered on both sides for trouble-free handling

  • Manufactured from high-quality ECO regranulate for high impact resistance and long service life

  • The D1 ECO pallet is widely used for custom-made plastic pallets, with or without reinforcement profiles in the deck
