Description
This D3 ECO pallet variant is not fitted with raised rims. When loads are pushed onto or off the pallet mechanically, raised rims can be obstructive. For this reason, we also supply the D3 ECO without rims. To centre empty pallets without rims in a stack, our D3 pallets can be equipped with pop-ups. This must be specified at production or when ordering.
The pallet is additionally reinforced at a number of vulnerable points, such as the transitions from the blocks to the skids and to the deck. Made from high-quality HDPE ECO regranulate for an attractive price and sustainable use.

Properties
- Industrial pallet type D3 ECO (1200 x 1000 x H 150 mm) without rims. Optional with pop-ups for centring empty pallets in a stack
- Strong medium-duty pallet with low tare weight - easy to handle
- Fitted with 3 longitudinal skids
- Racking capacity is 400 kg. With corrosion-resistant reinforcement profiles, this can be increased significantly (also retrofittable)
- After inserting 3 longitudinal inserts, racking capacity increases to 1,000 kg - after inserting 4 longitudinal inserts, racking capacity is 1,250 kg
- Underside of blocks and skids open with reinforcing ribs
- D3 ECO pallet is extra strong thanks to the angled connection between the blocks, the skids and the deck
- Skids are chamfered on both sides for trouble-free handling
- Made from high-quality ECO regranulate for high impact resistance and a long service life
- Suitable for packaged food
- The D3 ECO pallet is frequently used for custom-made plastic pallets; with or without reinforcement profiles in the deck
