When a light-duty pallet is sufficient or you need a lightweight or medium-duty plastic export pallet – Transoplast also supplies lighter plastic pallets. To ensure quick availability, a large stock is even maintained.

Why choose our export pallets?

Looking for a good export pallet? Or a recycling pallet for single use, because you don’t want to use wood? Or a medium-duty recycling pallet at an attractive price? Transoplast is a renowned supplier for these as well. Because it doesn’t always have to be heavy-duty. We call pallets for these applications all “export pallets”.

Our export pallets are all made from 100% recycled plastic in standard regenerat quality. Not every recycling pallet needs to be made from high-quality ECO regranulate, as is the case with our heavy-duty and medium-duty pallets. We supply export pallets in a light version, but also in a medium version when higher requirements are needed. They are all produced in the same material quality: standard regenerat. We call them export pallets because the majority are used for export applications, mainly to countries that do not accept wooden pallets, keeping unwanted insects out. In addition, our light and medium recycling pallets are increasingly used as replacements for single-use and semi-single-use wooden pallets. They ensure a sustainable use of recycled plastic and contribute to a circular economy. Another important argument is their competitive price.

Other pallet types supplied by Transoplast

In addition to widely used standard plastic pallets in Euro or ISO size, various other pallet types are available for specific applications.

• Food pallets

These food-grade pallets are our specialty. Our medium and heavy-duty pallets are designed for use in the food sector. Examples include deck studs for crates, anti-slip on the deck or under the slats, half Euro pallet sizes, etc.

• ESD pallets

Antistatic pallets prevent electrostatic charging and discharging (electrostatic discharge: ESD). They ensure static electricity is safely conducted away, preventing damage to electronics and sensitive equipment. Our medium and heavy-duty pallets form the basis for ESD pallets. Adding a carbon compound during production gives them ESD properties.

• Spill pallets

Spill pallets are heavy-duty plastic pallets equipped with an integrated collection tray. The HDPE material used is highly resistant to chemicals. These pallets are designed to safely capture leaking oil and other chemical substances, helping to protect the environment and prevent contamination.

• Custom plastic pallets

Transoplast specializes in custom plastic pallets in almost any desired size. Special welding equipment is used. These pallets are based on our medium and heavy-duty pallets made from high-quality, impact-resistant plastic, either virgin or ECO regranulate. This guarantees a durable pallet with a long service life.

• Sea container pallets

Pallets for ISO containers (sea containers) have a special size (1140×1140 mm) because the internal dimensions are smaller than standard trucks. Transoplast supplies these in light and heavier versions, both in standard regenerat. Sea container pallets are used mainly for transport to countries that do not allow untreated packaging wood.

• Drum pallets

For transport and storage of steel drums, 1200×1200 mm pallets are used, mainly for 200-liter drums. Transoplast supplies these in two versions: a light 9-foot version and a heavy version on 3 or 6 slats. All are made from standard regenerat. These plastic drum pallets are approved for export to countries with import restrictions on untreated packaging wood.

• Chemical pallets

Chemical pallets were originally designed for the European chemical industry – all heavy wooden pallets. They have standardized dimensions and design. We supply these pallets in durable plastic.
