Description
Plastic large-format pallet (1600 x 1200 x H 160 mm), type CR1 Eco-DUO , made from high-quality recycled HDPE granulate. Based on two pallets of type CR1 Eco, which are sustainably welded together. Equipped with 5 pallet runners, underside blocks are closed and pallet runners are open (ribbed). Without rims on the pallet deck. The pallet deck is equiped with integrated blue anti-slip stripes. Static load capacity is 5000 kg and dynamic load capacity 1000 kg. Maximum dynamic load of 1000 kg with evenly distributed load and a wide forklift tine position. Various organisations use the large-format pallets to their full satisfaction.
General
The dimensions of custom-made pallets are aligned with the customer’s requirements as much as possible. However, the existing pallet construction is decisive for the welding work. As a result, the achievable dimensions may deviate by a few centimetres.

anti-slip strips on the top deck ensure safety and secure the load. - The CR1 Eco pallet is extra strong thanks to an angled connection between the pallet runners and the blocks
- This minimises breakage at these sensitive points
- The stated dynamic load is based on an evenly distributed load and a wide forklift tine position
