Description
Plastic large-format pallet (2250 x 800 x H 146 mm), type CS1-DUO, made from high quality new virgin HDPE. Based on two pallets of type CS1, which are sawn and then sustainably welded together. Equipped with 3 pallet runners longitudinally, underside with blocks and pallet runners open (ribbed). Without rims on the pallet deck. The top deck is supplied as standard with 4 reinforcement profiles in the longitudinal direction. Static load capacity is 5000 kg and dynamic load capacity 1000 kg. Maximum dynamic load of 1000 kg with evenly distributed load and a wide forklift tine position. Also available in a version with rims 7mm on the top deck. Various organisations use DUO pallets to their full satisfaction.
General
The dimensions of custom-made pallets are aligned with the customer’s requirements as much as possible. However, the existing pallet construction is decisive for the welding work. As a result, the achievable dimensions may deviate by a few centimetres.

- CS1 pallet runners are chamfered on both sides for smooth handling with pallet trucks
- The rimless CS1-DUO version prevents damage to large-format products such as panels and (cardboard) sheets in sectors like the packaging industry.
- The CS1 DUO pallet is extra strong thanks to an angled connection between the pallet runners and the blocks
- This minimises breakage at these sensitive points
