Pallet collar – foldable – 6 hinges – 1200 × 800 × H 400 mm – closed – grey

This plastic pallet collar does not extend beyond the pallet - only the 4 corner elements do. The collar therefore sits entirely on the pallet deck. The four corner elements are sliding. In the extended position they ensure accurate centring on the pallet. When slid back in, empty storage is more compact and damage to the corner elements is prevented.

The collar is hinged at 6 points: at all 4 corners and in the middle of both short sides. As a result, a folded collar has exactly the same length as the pallet, i.e. 1200 mm, and can be stacked without overhanging.

When the collars are unfolded for use, the 4 corner elements are extended. This centres the collar on the pallet. These corner elements also enable “stack-through”, allowing multiple collars to be stacked on top of each other. Depending on the application, we recommend stacking a maximum of 4 elements. The stack can then be covered with a pallet lid. If required, another pallet can be placed on top. This creates a unit load that can be configured very flexibly and allows goods to be transported and stored particularly safely.

The pallet collar is made from food-grade plastic. In addition, the walls are easy to clean, ensuring optimum hygiene. The collar is used in the food industry, pharmaceuticals and cleanrooms - anywhere high standards of hygiene and safety are required.
