Foldable plastic pallet collar type CC1 (1220 x 815 x H 300 mm), suitable for Euro pallet size 1200 x 800 mm. The pallet collars type CC1 are fitted “on top” with 10 mm centring rims for stacking pallet collars (max. 3). This ensures the pallet collars can be placed firmly and stably on a pallet. Thanks to the stacking rims “down under”, the pallet collars can also be positioned securely and stably on a pallet. Stacking multiple pallet collars on top of each other (i.e. stacking through) is also easier due to these stacking rims on the underside. The pallet collars can be safely stacked up to a maximum of 3 units. The set can be closed with a pallet lid. Another pallet can then be stacked on top without any problems. In this way, you can easily turn the pallet into a stackable pallet box. Ideal for transporting valuable and fragile goods. The foldable pallet collars are made from food-grade plastic. All four side walls are perforated and feature a printing or label field. After use, the pallet collars can be folded down to save space. Thanks to the hinge construction, the pallet collars can be folded easily and then stacked when empty. When folded, the pallet collar is only 75 mm high. This achieves a volume reduction of 75%. The pallet collar can be unlocked and folded with just one hand. First, one long side wall is released with a single finger movement and folded down, then the other long side. The two short walls then fold in automatically. Unfolding the pallet collar can also be done with just one hand.
