Looking for a CB pallet box, pallet bin or pallet crate? Plastic pallet boxes from the CB series are stable, impact-resistant and equipped with several smart features. For example, the outer walls at the bottom are reinforced with a buffer zone with additional ribs to protect against forklift impact damage. The CB1 and CB3 are injection moulded in one piece (monobloc) and are of robust European manufacture. They are highly suitable for intensive use and are used by organisations that offer pooling with Dolavs.
CB pallet boxes stack using raised stacking lugs on the four corners. This stacking method is common in Dolav box pools. The CB pallet box integrates seamlessly into this system. The pallet box is fully compatible and stackable with such boxes. The CB1 and CB3 are available as standard in the colours blue, yellow, grey, green, light blue and red. CB pallet boxes are suitable for intensive use, including in freezing environments.
The integrally moulded pallet runners provide additional stability for CB pallet boxes. Unlike most other pallet boxes, the runners on the CB1 and CB3 are not fitted afterwards. The CB boxes are moulded in one piece, with the runners made from the same high-quality material as the box itself. This offers a reliable solution for a typically vulnerable part of the pallet box. The CB1 and CB3 are supplied as standard with three pallet runners.
Pallet boxes from the CB series are made from food-grade plastic and are therefore highly suitable for applications in the food sector. Thanks to the thick-walled construction, the boxes are highly dimensionally stable, meaning only a minimal number of external ribs is required to ensure stability. Due to the rounded corners and chamfered external ribs, no dirt is retained. The interior of the CB pallet box is also completely smooth and flat. As a result, CB pallet boxes are highly hygienic in use and easy to clean, both inside and outside the pallet box.
A ribbed impact zone has been added above the entry openings of the CB boxes. These ribs are extended higher and help prevent collision damage from forklifts. The extra thick corner columns and central supports also make the pallet box highly stable and impact-resistant. The wall thickness here is 10 mm, whereas comparable boxes typically have a thickness of 5-6 mm. This helps prevent common damage to the corners, reducing repair costs and extending the service life of the pallet boxes.
CB pallet boxes can be equipped with RFID transponders for tracking & tracing. This allows the boxes to be tracked and additional information about the load to be recorded. The recipient of the pallet box can scan and view this information directly. RFID transponders can also be integrated into the CB1 and CB3 pallet boxes at a later stage.
The CB box is an environmentally conscious choice. The pallet box is lighter than comparable heavy-duty pallet boxes and therefore requires fewer raw materials and less energy to produce. In addition, as a lighter transport packaging, the CB significantly reduces the total weight of a truckload, helping to save fuel. This weight reduction can also be used strategically to improve the loading capacity of the truck.
