UN-approved pallet box CB1 – 1200 x 800 mm – UN code 11H2/X – light grey

Light grey plastic pallet box (1200 x 800 x H 740 mm - 470 liter), type CB1 with grey lid. This impact-resistant plastic pallet box on three pallet runners is supplied with a matching drop-on lid and is locked using four tie-down straps. The CB1 box is produced as a single piece using the injection-moulding process, making it exceptionally robust. The lower wall panels are additionally reinforced with a heavy rib structure. This acts as a buffer against impact damage. As a result, the CB1 box is an ideal pallet box for dangerous goods. The CB1 is UN-certified as packaging type 11H2 and has received UN approval for “highly dangerous goods” (code X) – and is therefore approved for the transport and storage of dangerous goods in packing groups I, II and III, including lithium batteries and accumulators (not critically defective). The box complies with the regulations set out in the ADR for road transport, as well as the requirements for transporting dangerous goods by rail (RIO), by sea (IMDG Code) and by air (IATA-DGR).
