SB3 - our Solid Box in one piece.
Because SB3 plastic pallet boxes are injection moulded in one piece during production, they form one solid unit. So there are no separate pallet feet, but pallet feet that are moulded in during the same cycle and with the same product quality as the box itself. Food-grade and highly impact-resistant. And what is firmly attached does not come loose easily. That is why the SB3 is ideally suited to emptying by forklift with a rotary clamp.

Impact resistance was central to the entire design of the box. This can be seen particularly in the buffer zone above the entry openings. An impact zone with many reinforcing ribs has been created all around to withstand collisions with forklifts. SB3 pallet boxes are therefore particularly suitable for heavy and intensive use, especially in the food sector - and also in freezer environments. Because tracking & tracing is especially important in this sector, recesses for RFID transponders have been integrated into the upper rim. This turns an SB3 pallet box into a smart box.

The walls of the SB3 pallet box are completely smooth and flat. This makes emptying and cleaning quick and effective. The top of the box is fitted with a standard, universal stacking rim. This means the SB box is rim-stackable and can be used together with most other 1200 x 1000 mm pallet boxes. Integration into existing box pools is therefore no problem.
