The stacking system of CB pallet boxes
The CB3 plastic pallet box (1200 x 1000 x H 740 mm) is an exceptionally robust box that stacks by means of raised centring lugs on all four corners of the box. This stacking system is widely used in the food sector and in recycling. Pool organisations also work with this type. The CB3 is therefore ideally suited to these applications, not only because of its stacking system, but also because of its particularly impact-resistant design.

The construction
CB pallet boxes are produced in monobloc version, which means they are injection-moulded in one piece. As a result, the pallet skids and the box form one integral unit. So there are no clipped-on pallet skids, but pallet skids that are moulded in the same cycle and in the same material quality as the box. That is why CB pallet boxes are highly suitable for intensive use and, for example, for emptying by forklift with a rotating clamp.

Impact resistance
The impact resistance of the CB pallet box is primarily guaranteed by the above-average wall thickness of the box. This is almost twice as high as that of comparable pallet boxes. This is particularly important for the corner columns and the centre uprights. In addition, the impact protection features of the pallet box play a decisive role. Ribbed buffer zones are fitted all around the pallet box above the entry openings. These impact zones prevent collision damage from forklift trucks and make an important contribution to the impact resistance of the pallet box.

Tracking & tracing
Electronic tracking of pallet boxes and loads is becoming increasingly important in modern logistics. For this purpose, CB pallet boxes are fitted in the top rim with mounts for RFID transponders. Because they are visibly fitted, QR codes or barcodes can also be used on the transponder. In that case, the transponders are read electronically in bulk, while QR codes and barcodes are read visually one by one.

Cleaning and hygiene
CB pallet boxes are made entirely with smooth, flat surfaces. This allows emptying and cleaning to be carried out quickly and effectively. It also helps guarantee optimum hygiene.
