Description
BIG BOX plastic pallet box with a hinged drop door on one long side. Opening the drop door significantly reduces the lift-over height of the box, making loading much easier. This increases efficiency and supports a practical workplace layout. In addition, BIG BOX pallet boxes feature convex, outward-bulging wall panels, providing up to 10% more volume compared to conventional pallet boxes. BIG BOXES with a drop door are used universally. Assembly lines, order picking areas and warehouse locations in particular are very satisfied users of this practical pallet box variant.

- BIG BOX plastic pallet box (1200 × 800 × H790 mm - 535 litre) in a food-grade version
- With hinged drop door size 740 × 315 mm (W × H), with snap-slide locks
- The hinged door can also be operated when BIG BOXES are stacked
- In the open position, the drop door does not block the entry opening of the pallet base, so the box remains accessible for forks
- With convex, outward-bulging walls for extra internal volume
- With a 1" outlet fitting on one short side and one long side
- With a 2" outlet fitting on one short side and one long side
