Stack-nestable pallet box type ET-Box 2.0 – 1200 x 800 mm – 5 feet – 300 liter – grey

The new Economic Transport Box - ET-Box 2.0 for short - is a stack-nestable large-volume bin with a capacity of 300 litres. It was developed for the cost-efficient transport and storage of goods - mainly meat products.

The stack-nest concept
The ET-Box is stackable and, when rotated 180°, also nestable. This can save up to 70% of space. Both during the transport of empty units and during the storage of empty boxes. The stack-nest system is integrated into the long sides of the box. This means it is immediately visible during use of the ET-Boxes how the boxes should be stacked. The boxes are in fact "worked" on the long side. When ET-Boxes are nested - in other words placed inside each other - they can easily be separated with a forklift. This is done from the short side by driving under the wide top rim and lifting. Naturally, this can also be done mechanically with stackers/unstackers or simply by tipping over a stack and separating the boxes.

The box
The ET-Box is manufactured from very high-quality HDPE plastic and is therefore particularly flexible, impact-resistant and durable. The plastic used also makes the ET-Box highly suitable for use in chilled and frozen conditions and, of course, suitable for direct contact with food. The ET-Box is widely used in this sector as well - especially for meat and meat products. The smooth and above all seamless one-piece design allows for easy cleaning and excellent hygiene.

Track & trace
In the food industry, tracking a box and its contents - that is, track & trace - is now essential. The same applies in modern logistics. For this reason, the ET-Box is equipped in the top rim with holders for RFID transponders. Thanks to the open holder design, QR codes and barcodes can also be scanned easily. With this feature, the ET-Box 2.0 even becomes a "smart" box.
