Transport bin 400 liter – nestable – on feet – with stainless steel rim reinforcement – white

A 400 litre transport and storage bin with an extremely smooth, hygienic and easy-to-clean design. Widely used in high-care environments, the food industry and meat distribution. It is also traditionally used as a brining bin for salting meat and meat products.

The construction
Our 400 litre transport bin is made of high-quality HDPE plastic and has very thick walls. This makes external ribs unnecessary - both on the walls and the base. The result is an exceptionally easy-to-clean bin. In addition, the inside is also extremely smooth and rounded, making it easy to empty and excellent to clean here as well. The top of the bin is externally reinforced with two stainless steel profiles, allowing the bin to be used with liquids too, for example during brining.

Use
Because this transport and storage bin is intended for use with perishable goods and high-care products, lids are recommended. With a lid, these bins are also easy to stack. When stored empty, they can be nested if required - that is what we call nesting. Because they stand on feet, the bins can be picked up easily with internal transport equipment. If bins need to be lifted apart, this can be done by inserting a forklift under the top rim and then lifting.
