The construction
This large-format pallet box is injection moulded in one piece, with the box and the base forming one unit. This is a technical achievement in itself, but it also has a very practical reason. Because of the large volume of 1000 liter, a particularly robust construction is required. This is especially important when the box is used intensively in logistics, on roller conveyors and in automated systems. Deflecting pallet runners, or even worse … pallet runners that come loose, would be disastrous. Thanks to its construction, the CB3 High does not suffer from this.

Logistics
Pallet boxes used in production companies or logistics operations are exposed to heavy use in practice. Forklift transport and chain conveyors in particular present a challenge. However, the CB3 High is perfectly equipped for both applications. First of all, a robust ribbed structure is located above the entry openings - all around the box. This structure serves as a buffer zone to prevent impact damage caused by internal transport equipment - and it works very effectively. In addition, the thick-walled pallet runners are connected to the entire box construction with a generous radius. As a result, CB3 High boxes can be stacked up to 5 high, each with a content load of 1000 kg. Finally, the base is equipped with a substantial ribbed structure. All in all, these aspects form a solid basis for the most demanding logistics conditions.

Its versatility
The CB3 High is primarily intended for heavy loads and for use with bulky goods. For this purpose, this large-volume box has the perfect dimensions: the industrial size 1200 x 1000 mm - and a box height of 1140 mm. Because of its height, the boxes fit easily 2-high in most lorries. Based on the positive experience with this large-volume box, the CB3 High is now offered in various versions.
