Why choose our plastic export pallets?

Our export pallets are lightweight yet stable and load-bearing. They provide a solid base for all export shipments. Most of our export pallets can be nested. Stacking empty export pallets thus saves significant space. This is important when the pallets are delivered, during empty storage, or after being emptied at the destination. Even return transport is cost-efficient.

Our plastic export pallets are designed with enough space between them in the nested state so that forklift forks can easily be inserted. In this way, one or more pallets can be taken from the nested stack.

Exporting: on wooden or plastic pallets?

More and more countries impose requirements on wooden transport packaging for exported goods. This is to prevent problems with unwanted insects and other pests. Live pests can easily travel with wooden transport packaging and spread plant infestations. IPPC-approved pest treatment is already mandatory for wooden pallets and pallet boxes in many countries, including reporting on arrival. This is not required for plastic export pallets, as plastic pallets do not absorb moisture, fungi, pests, or larvae. Additionally, plastic pallets do not produce dust, are more wear-resistant, and are easy to clean.

Exporting on plastic pallets is therefore more user-friendly and hygienic than on wooden pallets. Plastic export pallets are also dimensionally stable and have a fixed weight.

What material are plastic export pallets made of?

All our plastic export pallets are made from recycled plastic—a standard regenerates—contributing to a circular economy. This recycled material is a mix of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP).
