Mushroom crate / stacking crate – 400 x 300 x H 110 mm – blue

This stackable crate has been specially developed for use in the mushroom sector and offers a practical and efficient solution for harvesting, transporting and selling freshly harvested mushrooms. It is also an excellent choice for specialty mushrooms such as portobellos and shiitake (often hand-picked). The crate is optimally suited to logistics processes from the growing facility through to retail shelves.

The crate is fully perforated, allowing the mushrooms to ventilate optimally. Condensation and excess moisture are therefore effectively drained away. The perforations are also smoothly finished to help prevent product damage. The raised stacking corners also protect the delicate contents from damage during stacking.

The base dimensions of the crate are 400 x 300 mm, making it Euronorm compatible. This allows it to be easily combined with other standardised load carriers such as plastic pallets (Euro or industrial format) and mobile plastic trolleys. The crate can therefore be easily integrated into existing logistics systems from the growing facility through to retail shelves. At just 200 grams, the stacking crate is lightweight and particularly easy to handle. The crate is made from high-quality polypropylene (PP-C). This material is known for its toughness, good dimensional stability and high durability. The crate therefore combines low weight with high strength and reliability. It is designed for intensive and long-term use.
