This perforated XL BIG BOX pallet box has been specially developed for the efficient storage and transport of large quantities of fruit and vegetables, including peppers. Thanks to its extra-large size (standard 2240 × 1000 × H760 mm) and sturdy construction, this model is widely used as a pepper box or pallet box for peppers.

The pallet box is made of food-safe plastic (HDPE) and meets the strict hygiene requirements that apply within the agricultural sector and food industry. This makes the box particularly suitable for growers, traders, auctions and sorting or packing centres that work with peppers or similar products such as tomatoes, cucumbers and aubergines. Thanks to the large size of the box, this XL version works very efficiently. In pepper cultivation, this box is the standard for tipping systems, buffer systems and internal transport.

Product features
This double plastic pallet box is assembled lengthwise from two pallet boxes. This results in an extra-long box with a capacity that is ideal for large volumes. The box is fitted with:

• 6 sturdy feet for stable positioning and easy handling with a forklift truck or pallet truck
• Perforated side walls that ensure optimal ventilation and air circulation, helping peppers stay fresh for longer during storage and transport
• Perforated base for ventilation and drainage of condensation
• Reinforced base for maximum load capacity and durability, even under heavy loads
• A mechanical connection ensures a particularly robust construction and a long service life
• Finished with a plastic weld for a seamless inside and outside finish
