Stack-nestable plastic crate type DuoLevel in Euronorm format (600 x 400 x H 153 mm). Finished in orange for our bakery product range. In the low stacking position, the DuoLevel crate allows flat loading up to 75 mm for low bakery products, while the high stacking position provides a higher loading height of up to 135 mm, for example for bread rolls.

The DuoLevel crate features perforated side walls and a perforated base - for optimal ventilation, helping to reduce condensation. The crate is food-safe, hygienically designed and fitted with four open handgrips for easy handling.

Application

The DuoLevel crate is used for both flat bakery products that are not stacked and stacked products. In the high stacking position, the usable internal height is approximately 135 mm - for example for loose bread rolls. In the low stacking position, a compartment with a usable height of 75 mm is created - ideal, for example, for sugared Berliner doughnuts or donuts.

The DuoLevel owes its name to this dual loading option. This smart loading method helps protect the quality of bakery products as effectively as possible.

In addition to efficient loading, the DuoLevel crate provides a significant 40% volume saving when nested in the low stacking position. This allows valuable space in shops, warehouses and during transport to be used efficiently.
