Product features
Thanks to its robust construction, the SB3 pallet box is ideally suited for custom-made products. In particular, the fact that SB3 boxes are moulded in one piece makes an important contribution to this. So there are no clipped-on sledes, but one solid unit. Because XL-size pallet boxes have a large capacity, the load on such boxes is usually considerable. That also calls for a stable design. An important aspect here is the impact resistance of the box. This is ensured by the heavily ribbed buffer zone above the entry openings. This impact zone is fitted around the entire box and serves as collision protection, preventing damage caused by impacts from, for example, forklifts. This is not unimportant for heavily loaded boxes that are also stacked. Stacking XL-size SB3 boxes is no problem, as the box is fitted with a standard, universal stacking rim. As a result, SB3 boxes in XL size are also stackable with one another.

Composition
This XL-size pallet box is made up of two SB3 plastic pallet boxes measuring 1200 x 1000 mm. Both boxes are divided, then connected and subsequently welded all around into one solid pallet box with dimensions of 2180 x 1000 x H790 mm.

Applications
The industries in which XL-size pallet boxes are used are very diverse. In all cases, however, they are intended for the storage or transport of long goods or bulky goods.
