Roll container – for Euronorm – 2 clamp frames, galvanised – plastic base, grey

Grey 2-sided roll container (815 x 682 x H 1710 mm) with a usable platform size of 815 x 615 mm, suitable for Euronorm bins, crates and boxes. For example, two Euronorm bins 600 x 400 mm can fit side by side on the roll container. The roll container is fitted with a grey base platform made of food-safe plastic, equipped with smooth-running fixed and swivel castors Ø 125 mm. The forks of both the fixed and swivel castors are electrolytically galvanised. The wheels are constructed with a nylon rim fitted with a non-marking rubber tread. The version with rubber tread is particularly low-noise.

The structure of the roll container is designed with two steel clamp frames in a hot-dip galvanised finish. The side walls are inserted into the base platform and clamp themselves in place because the ends are slightly bent, creating a hook-shaped insertion pin. As a result, the add-on wall clamps itself into the base. The add-on wall is locked by the oval drop ring located in the centre of the add-on wall. When this is pushed upwards, the add-on wall can be removed from the base again. Because the clamp frames are hot-dip galvanised, they are suitable for long-term outdoor use.

The version with 2 frames is particularly practical as it can be loaded from both sides; unloading at the destination can also be done flexibly from two sides. In addition, protruding loads can be distributed to some extent. For this reason, this 2-sided version is the most commonly used design for long-term outdoor use.
