Roll container – for retail – 2 side walls and 1 rear wall, galvanised – plastic base, blue

Blue 3-sided roll container with dimensions of 815 x 724 x H 1678 mm; this makes it 4 cm wider than the roll container for Euronorm (682 mm). Retail is the largest user of this roll container variant. In this sector, a higher load capacity is important, as is optimal use of truck loading capacity; and this is possible with this container size.

The roll container is fitted with a blue base platform made of food-safe plastic, equipped with smooth-running fixed and swivel castors Ø 125 mm. The forks of both the fixed and swivel castors are electrolytically galvanised. The wheels are constructed with a nylon rim fitted with a non-marking rubber tread. The version with rubber tread is particularly low-noise and also shock-absorbing.

The structure of the roll container is designed with two steel side walls and a steel rear wall in an electrolytically galvanised finish. The side walls are inserted into the base platform and secured with a clamp. The clamps are fitted with a kick strip, allowing them to be unlocked easily. The structure can then be dismantled simply. When dismantling is not required, the clamps can be secured with a screw.

The rear wall of the 3-sided version is mounted to both side walls using plastic clamps. The version with 3 frames provides greater load stability. Especially because many different packaging sizes are transported in retail, this can be an important reason to choose a 3-sided roll container for certain applications.
