Plastic pallet D3-TRIO ECO – 3030 x 1000 mm – with 7 mm rims all around – 3 pallet runners – reinforced

Plastic large-format pallet (3030 x 1000 x H 150 mm), type D3-TRIO ECO, made from robust ECO regranulate. Based on three pallets of type D3 ECO, which are sawn and then sustainably welded together. Equipped with 3 pallet runners longitudinally, underside with blocks and pallet runners open (ribbed). With 7 mm rims all around. The top deck is supplied as standard with 4 reinforcement profiles in the longitudinal direction and 2 crosswise. Static load capacity is 5000 kg and dynamic load capacity 1000 kg. Maximum dynamic load of 1000 kg with evenly distributed load and a wide forklift tine position. Also available as a D3-5 TRIO version with 4 additional cross runners on the 1000 mm side and without rims on the top deck. Various organisations use the large-format pallets to their full satisfaction.
General
The dimensions of custom-made pallets are aligned with the customer’s requirements as much as possible. However, the existing pallet construction is decisive for the welding work. As a result, the achievable dimensions may deviate by a few centimetres.
