Plastic pallet D3-DUO – 2400 x 1000 mm – with rims 7 mm – 3 pallet runners – reinforced

Plastic large-format pallet (2400 x 1000 x H 150 mm), type D3, made from impact resistant new HDPE plastic. Based on two pallets of type D3, which are sustainably welded together. Equipped with 3 pallet runners longitudinally, underside with blocks and pallet runners open (ribbed). Upper deck with rims 7 mm. The top deck is supplied as standard with 3 reinforcement profiles in the longitudinal direction and 2 across. Static load capacity is 5000 kg and dynamic load capacity 1000 kg. Maximum dynamic load of 1000 kg with evenly distributed load and a wide forklift tine position. Also available in a version without rims on the top deck. Various organisations use large-format pallets to their full satisfaction.
General
The dimensions of custom-made pallets are aligned with the customer’s requirements as much as possible. However, the existing pallet construction is decisive for the welding work. As a result, the achievable dimensions may deviate by a few centimetres.
