Description

The pallet lid 800 x 600 mm is designed to centre Euro standard bins on our half Euro pallet type D2. A half Euro pallet fits 2 bins of 600 x 400 mm per layer. The pallet lid fits completely over these bins. Because the lid closes perfectly, a stable transport unit is created. Using this pallet lid also allows another D2 pallet to be stacked on top. The profiling on top of the lid matches the profiling of the D2 pallet runners, preventing the pallet from shifting on the lid. This allows multiple pallet units to be stacked stably.

The pallet lid is equipped with integrated strapping channels for banding, both lengthwise and crosswise. This allows the pallet load to be additionally secured easily with lashing straps.

The pallet lid can be used in combination with a wide range of Euro standard bins: VDA-KLT automotive bins, E meat crates, CBL crates, Euro standard storage bins, etc.
