Mobile plastic shelving unit for Gastronorm (GN) bins and trays. The shelves are fitted with loose plastic insert grids. These grids are removable and adjustable, allowing GN bins and trays with a width of 325 mm to be suspended in the shelves. A mobile shelving unit is particularly practical when ingredients need to be used at different workstations or transported to a cold room.

Application

The plastic shelves are fitted with removable grids. The grids are supplied in widths of 216 mm and 72 mm. On shelves where no grids are fitted, or when the grids are repositioned, Gastronorm bins with a width of 325 mm can be suspended in the shelf. The remaining shelves can be used for storing other goods.

Design

Made entirely from robust and corrosion-free plastic and fitted with 4 plastic swivel castors, 2 of which are braked. This allows the trolley to be parked securely without moving during loading.

Thanks to the use of high-quality plastic, the Gastronorm trolley is particularly easy to clean and does not provide favourable conditions for bacteria and mould. This supports optimal hygiene. As the plastic used is suitable for temperatures down to -40°C, the trolley can be used without difficulty in cold rooms and freezers.

The plastic is also resistant to chemicals and particularly resistant to chlorine and salts. Humid environments are no problem for the trolley, while rust formation is completely excluded.
