Techrack Custom+ cleaning rack 400 x 300 for cleaning, storage and transport supports automation in industrial parts cleaning. The racks are designed not only so that parts can be moved in and out by robots, but also so that the racks can be stacked on pallets using a gripper. The interior design with a Variogrid base can be adapted to the components by using pins or dividers.
The high-quality Comp 21/22 material is characterized by even higher chemical and thermal resistance and therefore meets the higher requirements in industrial parts cleaning. This enables, among other things, use in autoclaves for steam sterilization. The Comp 21/22 material does not absorb moisture and is approved for ultrasonic cleaning.
